Subtitle files delivered with content you license, files from your own translation projects, or community subtitles for content you own — check the licence of any file you did not create.

How to use the translated file

Load the translated .srt as an external subtitle in VLC, mpv, Plex, Infuse, Kodi or a TV player; name it movie.en.srt next to movie.mkv for auto-detection.

Tip

A 1,400-cue film costs 2 credits (1 per 1,000 cues). Use the glossary for character names and pick the register that matches the film's dialogue; the translator carries context across cues so split sentences read naturally.

Questions

How many credits for a film?
One credit per 1,000 cues, so most films are 1–2 credits per language.
Will it keep the numbering?
Yes — cue numbers, timecodes and blank lines are byte-identical.
SMI films?
SMI is supported directly; convert to SRT afterwards if your player needs it.
