Unused credits
Within 14 days of purchase, if no credit was used, we refund in full. If some were used, we refund the unused portion pro rata.
Translation quality
If a translation is clearly broken (empty cues, wrong language, damaged formatting) or the file does not open, we return the credits used for that file. Email us the source and result files.
How to request
Email hello@subfilp.app with your payment confirmation (order number) and the reason. We reply within 2 business days; refunds go back to the original payment method via Creem.
