Japanese subtitles depend on register (です/ます vs plain form) and on knowing who is speaking to whom. Context from neighbouring cues keeps pronouns and politeness right; lines stay under ~20 characters.

Korean has formal (존댓말) and casual (반말) registers that must stay consistent through a whole video. Choose the register once and it is applied to every cue; CJK lines are kept under about 20 characters.

- Will the Japanese subtitles fit on screen?
- Lines are kept under about 42 characters (20 for CJK) and split at phrase boundaries, so they fit standard players.
- Is the first file free?
- Yes, one file per day up to 150 cues with no account. Larger files use credits: 10 for $4.99.
- Do you upload my file?
- No. The file is parsed in your browser; only the text is sent to the translation model and is not stored.
