Merge & split subtitle files.

When you join or cut a video, the subtitles must follow. Merge: drop the files in order and give each part's start time in the combined video, one per line (the first is usually 0). Split: enter a timestamp and get two files; the second half can restart from zero.

How do I know the offset?
It is the time where part 2 starts in the combined video — read the clip's start position on your editor's timeline.
Can I merge different formats?
Yes. The output uses the first file's format.
