Where do I get YouTube captions?
For your own videos: YouTube Studio → Subtitles → Download (.sbv/.srt). For others, use a caption download extension to get an .srt. Check the rights for your use case.
Are speakers separated?
Speaker markers already in the file (dashes or Name:) are kept as they are. Nothing is invented.
Can I get the transcript in another language?
Translate the subtitle file first with the translator, then drop the translated file here.
