Fix subtitle encoding.
Older SMI and many locally distributed SRT files are saved in EUC-KR, Shift_JIS or GBK, which breaks on YouTube, macOS and modern players. Drop the file, see the detected encoding, and download a UTF-8 copy that every player reads. Timing and text are untouched.
