Fix subtitle encoding.

Older SMI and many locally distributed SRT files are saved in EUC-KR, Shift_JIS or GBK, which breaks on YouTube, macOS and modern players. Drop the file, see the detected encoding, and download a UTF-8 copy that every player reads. Timing and text are untouched.

Questions

What if detection is wrong?
If the preview shows readable text, it is right. If it is still garbled, the file was probably mis-converted twice; re-download the original.
YouTube shows garbled text.
YouTube only accepts UTF-8. Upload the converted file; the BOM is optional.
Do I also need SRT instead of SMI?
YouTube and web players want SRT. Fix the encoding here, then convert with the free converter.
