Subtitle line length fixer.
Subtitle convention is 42 characters per line for Latin scripts, about 20 for CJK, two lines maximum. Auto-captions and translations from other tools often break it. Single-line cues over the limit are split near the middle at a space or punctuation; cues that already have two lines and still overflow are left alone and counted for you.

TranslateQuestions
- What about cues that overflow even with two lines?
- They need to be split into two cues (timing split). Use the quality check tool to find them and split in your editor.
- Where does it break the line?
- At the space or punctuation closest to the middle of the line; for CJK it also considers particles and clause marks.
- Does the translator follow this rule?
- Yes, SubFlip translations respect line length by default. This tool is for output from other tools.
